Silas Ditocco, Esq.

I am a Florida attorney proudly returning home to serve the community that helped shape me. Raised in Jupiter Farms, I developed an intimate understanding of the people, landscape, and unique culture that define both Jupiter and South Florida as a whole. That connection to this community is one of the driving forces behind my passion for advocating on behalf of individuals and families throughout the area.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and later obtained my Juris Doctor from University of Florida before becoming a member of The Florida Bar in 2024.

My legal background combines experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury law. Prior to joining Britto & Herman, I worked for one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida as well as a large multi-state personal injury firm. Those experiences provided me with valuable insight into litigation strategy, case evaluation, client advocacy, and the importance of effective communication throughout every stage of a case.

Ultimately, I was drawn to Britto & Herman Injury Lawyers because the firm shares the values that matter most to me: client focus, responsiveness, community involvement, and a strong work ethic. I am excited to bring my experience, energy, and commitment to serving others back home to Jupiter and to continue advocating for our Florida communities.
