Mr. Walsh was a Palm Beach County prosecutor under Dave Aronberg. He has tried over forty jury trials to verdict and argued over 500 motions. During his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Walsh prosecuted criminal offenders ranging from misdemeanor offenses to punishable-by-life first degree felonies. He was trusted with managing a felony caseload of approximately 180 cases and approximately 350 cases when he was the lead attorney of a two person division prior to his promotion in felony. In addition to managing his caseload, he was the lead of the felony animal cruelty unit, co-lead of the arson unit, and regularly volunteered as the on-call Assistant State Attorney to assist law enforcement with search warrants and arrest warrants.
